KMS is seeking volunteers! If you are interested in becoming a volunteer at our school, you must first fill out an application (click link below) and be approved by the district.

Follow the directions on page one of the application. Once you have printed, filled out the application, and have either a personal check or money order filled out to the School Board of Polk County, return the application and $25 payment to Kathleen Middle. The $25 payment covers the required background check described in the application.
